She was furious I had gained 10 lbs. A normal amount for anyone else but she wanted me to LOSE weight my entire pregnancy.

She was almost screaming at me that I would have a 10 lb baby and made the receptionist print off food pantries nearbye. Because apparently I couldn’t afford vegetables. She also sent a nurse in who had no idea what she wanted because she told me we can’t control what wic gives you…. I didn’t ask?

So I had actually lost 100 lbs pre pregnancy due to bulimia and all of this guilted me into relapse.

I ended up still gaining another 10 lbs and had a 5 lb full term iugr baby.

Luckily I got eating disorder treatment for myself and my kids sake.

I am still fat but I don’t hate myself. I realize the way she was acting was due to a problem with HER not me.

Don’t be hard on yourself for being a plus size mom.
